Beatrice had many lead generation strategies in place. She was able to generate leads, however, most of those leads did not have the funds to invest in her concierge coaching services.
She was wasting a lot of time with these prospects. When she “convinced” some of them to become her clients she found they were short-lived clients for her as they did not follow her protocols and weren’t seriously invested in their results.
After specializing in one very specific niche and actually raising her prices following the Modern Coaching Method, she was able to establish thought leadership and weed out unqualified leads. She no longer wastes time trying to sell prospects that aren’t vetted and perfectly qualified for her services and the clients that ARE qualified seek her out.
This creates a cash generating cycle because she’s creating greater impact and results, while at the same time charging more for her services.
